First consultation

In this first 60-minute consultation we will spend time exploring what is most important to your health. I will guide you through a health questionnaire to get to know your current state.

 

We will identify obstacles to moving forward and create thestrategies you need to reach your goal.

Once we have mapped out your current state and seen the needs you have, I will recommend the length of the programme that is right for you and we will start working together on your transformation.

We choose the programme duration

Depending on the pathologies that we have detected in the first consultation and the area of action that we have defined, we will define the action plan and the duration of the programme that I will recommend you to follow. I will design this programme especially for you, it is a totally personalised work.
